主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

负责销售领域用系统的培训和协调
Responsible for training and coordination of Sales Application
确保销售相关系统接口应用的实施
Ensure the implementation of System&Interface applications
负责销售领域用系统相关接口的运行和问题跟踪
Support the related system interface operation of Sales field application and issue track
与销售及售后系统分析员一起负责销售应用系统的变化控制
Responsible for control the Sales application change requirement with MS&S system analyst
与系统的用户、系统开发人员间的日常交流，确保所有问题能够得以按时的解决
Manage day-to-day interactions between business application users and technical communities to ensure questions are answered and problems are resolved in a timely manner
协助销售及售后系统应用副经理协调内部资源
Cooperate with MS&S App Deputy Manager to coordinate the internal resource
技术支持运行和基础设施团队
Support the operation and infrastructure team on technology

任职要求/ Qualifications：

大学本科以上学历
Bachelor and above
二年以上的工作经验
Two year work experience and above
专业的IT知识,相关系统应用的支持经验
Professional Knowledge in IT Industry. The similar application system support experience
良好的英语技能，通过英语四级
Excellent English skills are required，CET-4 is must
定义业务需求的能力，并具有根据业务需求转变为系统结构的分析能力。具有分析系统应用中的问题并能与多方协同解决问题的能力。良好的沟通能力和团队精神
Ability to determine customer requirements and translate into systems design. Ability to analyze application problems and coordinate resolution

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda. The company locates in Nanjing Jiangning Economical & Technological Zone with a construction area of 190,000 square meters.
