职位描述/Position Description

整车开发过程中，负责完成、协调整车产品开发方面的相关工作；

To fulfill and coordinate kinds of Product development activities in period of program develop .

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

• 完成新车型RFQ整理发放相关工作；

To fulfill the RFQ package releasing.

• 完成新车型RFQ包澄清相关工作；

To clarify RFQ engineering issue.

• 完成零件工程对比数据的制作；

To accomplish engineer compare data of component

• 完成相关产品数据的开发、发放工作；

To accomplish relevant engineering data develop and release

• 供应商工程能力评估及对采购的选点支持 ；

To assess the engineering capability of potential supplier

• 完成工程变更发放相关工作；

To fulfill product engineering change data releasing and relevant activities.

• 提出并实施降本方案；

Raise and implement CI idea

• 支持并完成整车、零部件总成的国家法规验收及申报工作。

To support and fulfill vehicle/system homologation audit and declare.

• 支持并完成整车及相关总成的持续改进、提高工作。

To fulfill vehicle and system improve.

• 完成公司其他与产品开发相关的其他工作。

To fulfill the other activities associated with engineering.

• 牵头解决售后市场潜在的设计问题

Lead the resolving of potential design issue from market

• 负责先有车型的改款开发工作

Responsible for the design development for the IPM, ICA, MCA vehicle

• 协助产品开发主管的工作

To assist PD supervisor activities

任职要求/ Qualifications：

• 汽车工程/机械/电子/自动化/化工/材料等相关专业，本科以上学历

Major in Automotive Engineering/Mechanism/Electronics/Chemistry/Materials, etc. Bachelor and above;

• 具有汽车产品或制造行业相关工作经历5年以上

At least 5 years work experiences of Automobile product or manufacturing

• 熟悉汽车产品开发经验优先

Experience of vehicle development will be a plus;

• 英文CET4级以上，同时懂日语优先

English CET4 and above，Japanese speaker is preferred.

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda. The company locates in Nanjing Jiangning Economical & Technological Zone with a construction area of 190,000 square meters.
