工作职责
?通过生产控制系统进行生产指示；
Giving production instruction through production control system;
?控制和灵活调整产品生产顺序，实现均衡化生产；
To control production sequence and make appropriate adjustment, so as to realize balanced production;
?密切追踪各车间的生产进度，并根据情况合理调整工作时间，保证生产进度；
To keep tight attention on production progress, and according to production status adjust work time to ensure the target be achieved;
?收集、分析和整理生产状况数据，定期向相关部门和管理层提供生产状况报告；
To collect and analyze production status, and provide report periodically to related functions and management level;
?积极组织与协调各职能部门，对影响交付进度的质量问题及时制定方案和妥善处理；
To organize and coordinate with related functions, to handle quality issues which will affect delivery progress and then make plan and take timely and proper measures;
?维护车辆识别代号进行数据库，并负责相应的编制、存档等管理；
To maintain vehicle identification number database and be in charge of VIN assignment and archiving, etc.

任职资格
?大学本科及以上学历，工业工程/生产管理控制专业优先；
Up to bachelor's degree for engineering, Prefer Industrial Engineering;
?良好的英文表达能力（书面及口语），通过大学英语四级；
Commend English ability（written and oral）, CET-4 is must;
?具备基本的电脑使用技能与知识；
Basic personal computer's skill and knowledge;
?1年以上生产现场工作经验；
More than 1 year's Production floor experience;
?良好的组织、协调及表达能力；
Well organization, coordination and expression ability;
?良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；
Dedication, team work and solving problem ability;

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda. The company locates in Nanjing Jiangning Economical & Technological Zone with a construction area of 190,000 square meters. The assembly plant will have an initial annual capacity of 160,000 vehicles, which will be fully integrated to support 4 manufacturing processes of Ford and Mazda products: stamping, body assembly, paint and final assembly.
