工作职责
主要职责 Major Responsibilities:
?管理焊装主线程序，做好机器人程序的备份、更新等管理工作
Develop the system to manage robot program, make the plan to back up the program
?持续优化主线程序，满足生产节拍、工艺、质量、嫁动要求
Keep on optimizing OLP, meet the requirement for cycle time, process, quality and up-to time
?制作主线设备维护日常保养计划，并督促实施
Develop daily maintains plan for mail line equipment, and supervise the work
?定期完成主线、车间嫁动报告，持续提升嫁动
Make the up-to-time report, and keep on improving the indicator
?改善主线区域质量问题，提升车身质量
Focus on the quality, improve body quality
?持续推进主线飞溅对策活动
Keep on doing the sparkless welding work
?协助新车型的投产准备和投产
Assist new module car launch prepare and launch
?完成部门领导临时交办的其他工作
Complete the temporary job the supervisor required

任职资格
?本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
?具有汽车企业工作3年以上经验
Have three years experience in automobile line
?具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力
Good communication skill and team working ability.
?具有英语能力--四级以上
English skills required—CET4

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda. The company locates in Nanjing Jiangning Economical & Technological Zone with a construction area of 190,000 square meters. The assembly plant will have an initial annual capacity of 160,000 vehicles, which will be fully integrated to support 4 manufacturing processes of Ford and Mazda products: stamping, body assembly, paint and final assembly.
