职位描述Job Description：

负责冲压车间设备的预防性维护、紧急性维修，编写设备操作规程、维护规程，专项改造等技术支持。

Responsible for preventative maintenance and urgent repair about stamping equipment. Constitute manipulation and maintenance regulations, special item alteration of facilities.

主要职责Major Responsibilities：

· 培训维修人员。

Train maintenance artificers.

· 制定备品备件的最小储备量。

Make the minimum storage of the spare parts.

· 根据工艺要求调整设备。

Adjust the equipments according to the technical requirement.

· 根据安全和生产需求制定设备工装改善方案。

Make modified scheme according to the requirement of production and safety.

· 处理设备故障，突发异常等，制定应急方案。

Solve facility problems and make emergency scheme.

· 对于新工装设备，编写作业指导书并完善。

Write operation direction of new facility.

· 完善冲压自动化技术规范。

Complete stamping automation specification.

· 协助完成新模具的自动化适应调整。

Assist adjusting new dies to fit automation press line.

· 监督执行有关设备使用、维护规定以及设备的日常检查、定期检查及精度检查，协助和指导使用者和维修者搞好日常维护及定期保养工作；

Supervision the implement of regulations on equipment operation & maintenance, routine inspection, periodical inspection and accuracy inspection, assist and instruct operators & maintenance man to make routine maintenance and periodical maintenance;

· 支持车间各自然工作组的工作

Support all natural working group in workshop

· 按时完成车间安排的其他临时工作

To do the temporary task from stamping area on schedule

任职条件Qualifications：

· 工程类本科以上学历

Engineering Bachelor Degree and above

· 良好的沟通能力

Excellent communication skills

· 良好的英文能力，通过英语四级

Fluent English skills is required，pass CET-4 is must

· 熟练掌握办公系统软件

Proficient MS Office skills

· 具有在汽车企业维修工作3年以上经验。

Have three years work experience as a maintenance man in automobile company.

· 熟悉维修方法、维修工具。

Be familiar with the maintenance method and maintenance facility.

· 熟悉汽车生产设备（通用设备、专业设备）。尤其是冲压设备。

Be familiar with auto production equipments (common equipments and professional equipments). Especially stamping facility.

· 熟悉汽车生产线气动、液压系统、电控系统。

Be familiar with gas, hydraulic pressure and electrical control system about auto product line.

· 熟悉维修中的隐患存在区域及处理方法。

Be familiar with the hidden trouble area and can deal with the trouble.

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd.
