对冲压车间新项目的开发、导入负责，对在开发过程中的新工装提供技术支持，对新工装开发过程进行进度、质量管控。

To be responsible for new project launch、import. support the new tooling launch, control new tooling launch process、quality.

主要职责 Major Responsibilities:

· 负责车间新项目的计划编制和资源的提出与准备

Charge making project planning and preparing resource

· 负责编制新车型的工艺和各种质量文件

Charge making new car process and quality documents

· 编制模具、检具采购的技术协议. 参与模具结构评审和模具项目的管理

Constitute purchase technology contract of the die and checking fixture. Join in auditing the die structure and managing the die project.

· 负责跟踪并执行产品变更，及时调整工艺和设备

Charge tracing and execute the engineering change and adjust process \ facility in time

· 跟踪工装制造的各个节点，保证项目计划与零件，工装需求节点及工装质量

Charge milestone of tooling manufacture process, assurance the project plan, parts、tooling delivery request time and tooling qualify.

· 组织并进行模具检具的预验收，完善工装资料

Organize and execute the pre-buyoff of tooling, accomplish the datum of tooling.

· 投产前各项工作的准备和协助车间新车投产

Prepare for launch and assist shop for new car launch

· 完成公司领导临时交办的其他工作

Complete the temporary job the supervisor required

任职条件 Qualifications:

· 本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

· 在汽车制造方面有丰富的专业知识和实践经验

Have good vehicle knowledge and working experience

· 熟悉汽车冲压工艺，有良好的组织、协调能力

Be familiar with stamping process, have good organization and association skills

· 良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强

Good respected spirit, good team work skills

· 掌握计算机运用技术

Can use computer

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd.
