负责车间生产计划制作、物流规划、售后件及工装采购。

Take charge of making production plan, logistic layout, service parts and tooling purchasing.

主要职责Major Responsibilities：

· 生产计划制作

Make the production plan

· 根据物流部发布生产计划制作冲压车间生产计划，保证焊接车间的正常生产并每周更新。

Make stamping shop’s production plan according to the MP&L plan,ensure body shop’s production & weekly update.

· 厂房规划及产能研究

Plant planning & Reserch capacity.

· 板料管理

Manage the blanks

· 明确板料需求计划及托盘数量，以确保板料能安全及时地送到，满足生产需要。

Make blanking requair plan and calculate the quantity of blanks pallet . Guarantee the blanking can be transported to stamping shop and in time to meet with the production.

· 零件运输存放管理

Manage the part transportation and storage

· 规划零件储存区物流路线，将零件按类运输存放到指定地点。

Sort the parts on end of the production line; transport them to the appointed location.

· 库存控制管理

Manage and control the storage

· 在满足生产的前提下，不断调整和优化库存结构，尽可能地降低库存总量。

Adjust and perfect the storage base on guarantee the production, to decrease the total storage as possible as we can.

· 物流工装设备采购及管理

Mange & purchase the tooling and equipment transportation

· 监督零件料架及材料托盘的安全有效使用，对零件料架及材料托盘的日常维护和点检工作

进行跟踪检查和管理，并对零件料架及材料托盘进行合理变更。

Supervision parts pallte and material pallte safe and effective use of parts.Tracing and management parts pallte and material pallte daily maintenance and the tally work, and for parts and material pallte reasonable changes.

· 核算、采购新项目零件料架及材料托盘

Accounting & purchase new program’s parts pallte and material pallte.

· 满足售后服务件需求

Meet the service parts requirment.

· 异常情况处理

Deal with the abnormal cases

· 对在本区域内发生的板料未到货事故进行快速反映并更新生产计划。

Occur in the process of metal not delivered in accident and updates production plan .

· 按时完成车间安排的其他临时工作。

To do the temporary task from stamping area on schedule.

任职条件Qualifications：

· 本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

· 具有物流专业知识及丰富的工作经验，具有冲压工艺基本知识或汽车行业工作经验者优先；The logistic engineer should have professional knowledge and abundant experience for logistics. The one, who have knowledge and experience for stamping process or Auto experience, should be considered first.

· 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力；

Have good communication skill and team working ability.

· 英文CET4级以上

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda.
