职位描述Position Description:

负担焊装设备的运行管理，维护，技改，降低设备故障，保障本单位的生产的顺利进行。

Will be in charge of running management ,improvement ,reducing the S/D rate and ensuring manufacture in a good condition.

主要职责 Major Responsibilities:

· 协助在供应商处对设备进行设计审查和预验收，并在现场协调设备安装和对设备进行终验收

Assist design review and pre-buy off in supplier site, support and assist installations and final buy off

· 对生产现场设备进行管理，同时编制和制定相关设备的保养计划

Management tooling and facility make maintenance plan

· 制定NWG小组人员设备维护相关培训和发展计划

Development NWG training plan related on maintenance and development plan

· 推进车间内TPM活动

Be responsible for push TPM activity in bodyshop.

· 焊接夹具/机器人编程和维护/制动化传输/扣合压机/输送线/焊接设备，以及在机械和电气方面，对以上所列设备跟踪维护保养/故障维修进展

Weld fixture/robot/automatic transfer/hemming machine/conveyer/weld F&T, mechanism and electric,

Following maintenance plan and repair for above relevant F&T.

· 监督执行有关设备使用、维护规定以及设备的日常检查、定期检查及精度检查，协助和指导使用者和维修者搞好日常维护及定期保养工作

Monitor the implementation of regulations concerning the equipment use and maintenance as well as the routine inspection, regular inspection and accuracy inspection. Assist and instruct users and service people with routine maintenance.

· 协助新车型的投产准备和投产

Assist new module car launch prepare and launch

· 完成部门领导临时交办的其他工作

Complete the temporary job the supervisor required

任职条件 Qualifications:

· 本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

· 熟悉维修方法、维修工具

Be familiar with the maintenance method and maintenance facility

· 熟悉汽车生产设备（通用设备、专业设备）

Be familiar with auto production equipments (common equipments and professional equipments)

· 熟悉维修中的隐患存在区域及处理方法

Be familiar with the hidden trouble area and can deal with the trouble.

· 具有在汽车企业维修工作3年以上经验

Have three years work experience as a maintenance man in automobile company.

· 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力

With good communication skill and team working ability.

· 具有英语能力--四级以上

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd.
