在总结经验，提炼理论的基础上，不断创新南京公司成本管理体系。主要包括完善成本管理机制、加强组织建设和项目推进；以较为完备的方法论、控制机制和工具来改善产品的盈利性；争取在较长的一段时间内建立南京公司负有竞争性的战略成本管理体系。

Innovate Nanjing Company cost management system in base of summarizing experience and academic.Mostly include the following items: perfect cost management mechanism and strengthen organization construction and advance programs; improve product profit through good methodology, control mechanism and tool; to build Nanjing rivalrous and strategic cost management system.

主要职责/Main responsibilities:

· 完成各类工作报告

Variouse Report

· 整合各车型和物流等降本报告，编写月度分析报告；

Consolidate Product and MP&L CR report，compile monthly report.

· 完成降本周报月报以及mazda双月汇报，准时参加会议并做好相关总结；

Accomplish CR weekly and monthly report as well as Mazda double monthly report, attend to meeting and summarize it.

· 跟中重大会议和影响，完成重大会议报告，如发动机、进口件等

Tracking important meeting and finish meeting report, such as engine,import parts.

· 完成方针展开各项工作

Accomplish policy deployment task

· 参与年初方针展开目标任务的设定，跟踪方针任务目标的实施状态，完成方针展开的季度、半年、年度回顾与总结。

Participate in activities on setting policy deployment objective, track task status and timely accomplish quarter, mid-term and annual review and summary.

· 成本领先项目

Cost Leadership Program

· 健全和完善成本领先项目管理程序和激励约束程序，包括程序的编写、修订、翻译和发布。

Perfect cost leadership program Administer Process and Restrict and inspirit Process, which include compile, amend, interpret and issue process.

· 按照领导层的决策和决议，编写成本领先项目任务书。

According to management decision, compile cost leadership program assignment script.

· 跟踪成本领先项目实施进展情况，并做好数据分析和整理，为年终评估做好数据支持。

Tracking cost leadership program status, analyze and settle data, to support annual evolution.

· 成本月刊

Cost Periodical

· 通过成本月刊，面向全公司传递、树立和强化成本意识，把成本意识贯穿落实到运营的每个环节，在全公司形成成本改善的氛围。

Come into saving cost consciousness throughout company by issuing cost monthly.

· 完成重大节点报告

Finish Milestone Report

· 制作马自达产品节点报告，跟踪福特产品节点报告。

Prepare Mazda products milestone report and follow up Ford one.

· 按要求向母公司报送各种材料，如成本领先项目推进情况、成本活动开展情况、关键业绩指标达成情况等

According to request, deliver all kinds of material to parent company, such as cost leadership program status, cost activity and KPI status.

· 构建成本管理体系的业务构架

Build truss of cost management system

· 包括成本评价指标；模块成本体系运行机制等

Finalize the cost estimate index and establish business cost system and mechanism and so on.

任职条件/ Qualification:

· 至少1年的财务工作经验

At least 1 years’ experience in financial analysis

· 财务、会计或经济学大学毕业

Master or college degree majoring in Finance or Accounting

· 具备良好的财务理论基础和一定的项目基础知识

Have good finance theory and program basic knowledge.

· 英语听说读写能力优秀（通过大学英语四级）， 能够适应多元化的工作环境，与不同文化背景的人交流自如。

Excellent at listening, speaking and written capability in English（pass CET-4）, comfortable in dealing with people with different culture background

· 熟练使用计算机系统，特别是Excel，Word，和电子邮件系统。

Proficient in computing operating, especially in Excel, Word, and E-mail system.

· 良好的沟通能力。

Good command of communication.

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda.
