· 检查并维护《服务零件清单》，协助供应专员作好服务件的供应工作；

Review and maintain Service Bill of Material (SBOM), assist parts supply specialist for service parts ordering;

· 经销商初期订单准备以支持新车上市；

Prepare initial parts list for dealers ready to new model launch;

· 分析工程变更通知单及指示书，管理好服务零件的工程变更状态、范围、时间计划、和具体执行；

Analyze ECN and Instruction Sheet to manage engineering change level, scope, timing plan and implementation activities;

· 与服务工程师、供应专员、技术开发中心、采购部等一起协同提出新的服务零件发布需求及报价等以向售后市场供应；

Work together with service engineer/parts supply specialist/TDC/purchasing to raise new part release and quotation request on service parts to meet the market;

· 在技术开发中心、物流、采购和供应专员等之间协调对由于工程变更或车型停产等所影响到的服务零件作相应的订货调整或报废处理；

Co-ordinate with TDC/MP&L/purchasing and supply team for relevant order adjust or OBS process on those service parts impacted by engineering change or production stop etc. ;

· 协助零件热线分析并解决经销商或内部客户的零件问题；

Support hotlines to analyze and solve engineering related problems from dealers or internal side;

· 做好服务零件的分级确认和管理以更新和完善DMS系统相应模块；

Evaluate and classify service parts grade reasonably to update and optimize DMS module;

· 从工程角度协助供应专员做好紧急、故障、缺陷零件等的对应措施以保障售后供应；

Support supply team to find solutions of VOR, malfunction and defective parts from the aspect of engineering to ensure the after-sales supply;

· 协助零附件开发专员的开发，发布与供应工作；

Support development, release and supply of parts refitment & accessories development specialist;

· 编制并完善本岗位所涉及的工作流程及操作手册；

Develop and optimize working process and manuals related to this position;

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda.
