职位描述 / Position Description：

作为投产专员，负责新车型投产相关业务，主要包括新车型投产信息发布、样车生产计划制定、样件订购安排、样件包装和物流模式和进度等工作。

As a Launch Specialist, be responsible for new car launch, new model launch schedule, pilot vehicle production planning, pilot parts procurement arrangement, parts logistics and packaging mode and schedule and related activities, etc.

主要职责 Main Responsibilities:

· 协调并开展公司新项目投入工作，推进新产品开发中的物流要求，协调相关方编制物流部新项目投产预算。

Coordinate and develop new project introduce and pre-production preparation, expedite MP&L requirement during new Product development , Coordinate related parties and make MP&L new product launch budget.

· 制作新车型投产计划表并发布, 与相关方拟定进口件供货计划，定期组织新项目投产沟通会。

Develop and issue new product launch schedule, coordinate related parties to develop import Parts Supply schedule. Organize new product launch communication meeting.

· 安排投产期间生产计划，协调各阶段系统、试制车辆生产和物料的准备，制作各试制阶段工事指示书；

Arrange pilot production schedule, coordinate and develop the system, the pilot vehicle production and material arrangement, issue production instruction sheet of each event.

· 跟踪各阶段样车造车过程并对异常情况协调处理

Follow every event of pilot production and coordinate particular instance.

任职条件 Qualifications:

· 大学本科及以上学历，生产管理或信息管理等相关专业优先；

Up to bachelor's degree for engineering, Prefer Engineering or production control;

· 良好的英文表达能力（书面及口语），通过大学英语四级；

Commend English ability（written and oral）, CET-4 is must;

· 具备基本的电脑使用技能与知识；

Basic personal computer's skill and knowledge;

· 具有汽车行业生产管理或ERP系统使用经验者优先；

Prior with experience of production control or ERP, Prior with experience of Automobile industry

· 良好的组织、协调及表达能力；

Well organization, coordination and expression ability;

· 良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；

Dedication, team work and solving problem ability;

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda.
