工作职责
职位描述/Position Description：
职业医师职责是CMA医务室的日常管理和公司在对员工健康服务方面的政策和程序的管理。
The occupational physician is responsible for running the CMA Medical clinic and administration of company policies and procedures for health services for employees.

主要职责/Major Responsibility：
?负责医务室的日常运作
Running the site medical clinic.
?管理其他医护人员
Supervision of nursing staff across all shifts.
?对紧急医疗事件及时响应
Responding to occupational medical emergencies (day shift).
?提供医疗服务和医护管理
Delivery of medical services and off-site case management for occupational injuries and illness.
?协助完成劳动卫生调查
Assist with coordinating industrial hygiene surveys.
?非职业健康病例管理
Case management for non-occupational health issues.
?完善和执行相应的医疗政策和程序
Leading the development and implementation of medical and rehabilitation policies and procedures.

任职资格
任职条件/Qualification：
?医学专业毕业（普通医师专业或职业病相关专业）
Graduate of medicine (general practice or major relevant to occupational medicine)
?职业卫生保健或生物工程专业优先
Post graduate qualifications in occupational health care or ergonomics is desirable.
?至少5年卫生保健相关工作经验
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in health care
?具有统计分析经验
Experience in Statistical Analysis.
?熟悉相关的卫生保健法律法规
Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations related to health care delivery.
?能与政府部门建立良好联系
Proven ability to liaise with Government Authorities.
?较强的分析和解决问题的能力
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
?良好的沟通能力
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
?关注细节
Attention to detail.
?能够在压力下工作
Ability to work under pressure.
?良好的组织能力和参与能力
Participative team member and well organized.
?熟悉办公室操作系统
Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda. The company locates in Nanjing Jiangning Economical & Technological Zone with a construction area of 190,000 square meters.
