工作描述：
1、负责制定本部门工作计划及对下属培训工作，协调下属之间工作上的问题,充分调动下属专业方面的最大创意能力及创意效率；
2、能独立做出概念设计方案
3、同时负责与客户进行谈判，精准地向客户阐述出设计理念，并让客户信服;
4、考核部门内部员工的业绩、态度和潜力及完善设计部激励考核制度
5、管理设计部门，领导设计团队。
任职要求：
1、有团队领导经验，有3年以上标识或广告同行业工作经验
2、踏实肯干有责任心、有激情，渴望挑战高薪待遇，有良好的设计功底和沟通能力。
3、能承受工作压力。熟练使用Photoshop、CorelDraw、AI等平面设计软件
