- 善于把握机会，深度挖掘客户需求，推动与客户在人事服务领域的合作深度、广度；
- 快速有效解决客户的咨询、疑问、投诉、建议及反馈，提高客户满意度；
- 挖掘自身潜力，收集一线营销信息、用户意见、市场信息、竞争方信息；
- 执行公司的销售策略及政策，积极向公司提出参考意见，维护企业形象。

任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历；
- 二年以上销售工作经验，有服务类产品或项目类产品销售经验者优先；
- 销售谈判能力佳，服务意识和团队意识强，能承受较大工作压力；
- 良好的文字功底，能根据客户需求，独立完成服务方案的修改和整理。
