ACCOUNTABILITIES
Initiating Incoming inspection plan, and implementing assurance and control.
拟定进货检验计划，执行来料质量控制
Develop inspection and measurement methods for new products according to specification on engineering schematics or blueprints
负责新产品的检验和测量方法的开发
Identification of appropriate inspection and measuring equipment during the development of products inspection methods
选择合适的检验和测量设备
CMM operating & calibration management
三坐标仪操作和校验管理
Optimize programming of CMM to improve efficiency and accuracy
优化CMM的编程以提高效率和准确性Maintain and execute calibration plan and cooperate
External calibration parties to ensure equipment reliability
维护并执行校验计划，协调外部校验机构确保设备的可靠性
Run Gauge R&R studies to test new inspection methods or CMM programs and prepare related reports
负责测量系统分析并完成相应报告
Provide training to Inspectors related to inspection techniques or programming
负责给检验员提供检验技术或编程培训
Conduct Relentless Root Cause Analysis with QE and Manufacturing Engineer to any non-conformance products found on line or return by customer
对于在线发现或客户退货的不良品和质量工程师、制造工程师一起开展严格根本原因分析


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS
College diploma in mechanical engineering or related. 机械工程类大专
3 years related work experience 3年相关工作经验
1 year or more experience in CMM programming & operating preferred
有至少1年以上CMM编程和操作经验优先
Good communication skills and team player.
较好的沟通技巧和团队协作能力
Good reading and writing ability, English is a plus.
较好的读写能力。有英文水平优先。
