Position Summary: 职位描述

Set up and carry out EHS /Lean system , Maintain and improve facility and utility equipment, utilizing knowledge to fix the machine problem, reduce the break down time. Contact with outside contractors or vendors when needed and obtain the optimum method to solve the problem for the best cost. Effectively communicates with other department related person to assure internal/external customer satisfaction.

建立贯彻EHS和Lean 管理体系，维护和改进工厂建筑设施及公用工程部分，运用相关知识解决设备问题，优化预防维修更好的支持生产，同时逐步减少公用工程非正常停机时间，联系外协用最低成本最好的解决问题，有效沟通确保内部外部客户满意

Job Responsibility:职责

1. Carry out EHS national laws in the whole plant to be sure plant normal running.

贯彻法规EHS要求，确保工厂合规运行。

2. Set up Lean system, follow up Lean model continue improvement in the whole plant.

制定精益生产管理体系，使工厂在遵循精益生产模式下持续改进。

3. Patrol and repair the facility & utilities supply equipment to ensure the energy supply in the whole plant

检查工厂的建筑物设施和动力供应（电、蒸汽、水、压缩空气）的使用情况

4. Records and report utilities supply running/repairing situations, t o be sure our product quality and saving energy.

记录能源消耗及设施维修状况,确保我们产品的质量和节约能源。

5. Maintenance building facility / fire fighting equipment / utility of the plant building

维护厂房设施 / 消防设施/ 公用工程设施 /办公设施。

6. Improve the facility continually to provide a good environment for all of employee

持续改进工厂设施状况，提供更好员工工作条件。

7.Carry out for the set up plan for maintenance of the electric equipment，include transformer substation .

贯彻执行电气设备的维护计划，尤其对高压变电站进行管理.

8. Support gov.. and related dep.EHS audit to ensure pass the entire audit

协助政府部门和相关部门EHS 审核工作。

9. Facility equipment spare parts safety stock control

有效准备有关的设施备品备件。

Qualifications:条件

1. Professional college

专业学院毕业

2. Bachelor’s Degree ( or equal with related skills ) in related Engineering or Technology field and 3 years of related experience required.

本科毕业（或同等相关技能），有工程技术3年以上相关经验。

3. Be familiar EHS management and EHS national laws.

有EHS方面管理经验,熟悉相关法规要求。

4. Maintenance and facility management experience, electrical operation certificate

设施维护及管理经验,有电气操作证。

5. Good communication skills and familiarity with personal computer , good electrical back ground.

良好沟通能力及计算机操作，良好电气背景。
