职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

1. Project manager for product development of EPSapa in China and for customer project;

2. Adaption of ZFLS product development process to Chinese customer requirements and carrying out this process from start of the development (SOD) to SOP;

3. Interface to customer and supplier concerning project-related issues;

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

1. Ensure efficient and effective project-related communication and cooperation with customer, project team and head of company;

2. Lead customer project as a project manager, ensure all stages of project implementation and accomplishment of project tasks, timing, quality, cost, etc.;

3. Organize / initiate project review, project reporting, project approval, risk assessment, problem solving within project;

4. Demonstrate knowledge of ZFLS PDP and customer processes, provide project team with coaching, mentoring, motivation and supervising;

5. Coordination activities within project in clearance with purchasing department;

6. Keep and develop strong relationship with customer and supplier;

7. Lead and direct global project teams to ensure that customer key-event dates are met for program launch and/or model change;

8. Develop program timelines and activity reports to drive the on-time completion of critical tasks;

9. Coordinate prototype phases by coordinating the team from preparation to delivery.

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements

工作经历

Working experience

Rich experience (> 5Y) as an engineer in automotive industry,

with skills in project management with market knowledge, customer and supplier relations. At least 3Y experience as Project Manager. Experience with product development processes and supplier management / development.

Master of engineering

Very good English skills in speaking and writing,

Chinese mother language

Might be an advantage but not necessary
