Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, priotise, assign, supervises, reviews and participated in the work of equipment and facility maintenance in line with EHS and operation requirements;

2. Manage the plant MNT KPIs and prepares the regular reports for management review;

3. Coordinates with other departments to develop preventive maintenance schedule based upon overall plant priority and effectively allocate maintenance resources ;

4. Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to develop root cause solutions on machine failure;

5. Identifies and adopts effective maintenance techniques, leads the plant in the use of predictive/preventative maintenance, equipment inspection programs and other maintenance management tools and best practices;

6. Oversees contract maintenance services as the primary liaison with contract maintenance service provider;

7. Maintenance cost and labor control;

8. Spare parts management ;

9. Special equipment and instrument management ;

10.Set up maintenance SOPs and manage the equipment documents filing ;

11.Assist the construction projects, renovation and other special projects such as process improvement project to meet the SI EHS requirements.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree in mechanic /automation or related;At least 5 years in maintenance field in manufacturing

environment. At least 2 years in similar supervisory role in Chemical Industry;

2.Good knowledge of maintenance engineering principles and standards in Chemical plant, and evolving best

practices;

3.Familiar with Repair and maintenance of common chemical equipment;

4.Be able to use of CAD preferred;Good project management skills preferred.
