Responsibilities:

• Leads the PD application portfolio management including: incident, problem, change, release, capacity, configuration, demand, and consumption processes, health of the portfolio, business continuity, and disaster recovery testing as appropriate.
• Leads and is accountable for service level management, and Critical Success Factors (CSF)/Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Ensures security management activities are instituted (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) evidence gathering, System Control Review Program (SCRP), Application Control Review (ACR), and audit support and follow-up).
• Ensures utilization of appropriate Ford processes (e.g. ITIL, system development methodology, development to production checklist).
• Communicates effectively with business partners and IT teams to support day-to-day operations (e.g. resolving incidents, gathering SOX evidence, performing disaster recovery).
• Supports business requests - instruction and training, investigation and data analysis, ad-hoc reporting, application run requests, and operational estimates for application development.
• Leads project(s) within the PD application portfolio to improve overall operations performance (e.g. 8-D, 6-Sigma), special projects, or management initiatives.
• Develops test use cases and conduct verification/validation testing for new methods, new functionality or new releases of software.
• Conducts meetings with local and overseas customers (in English) to understand and resolve issues, report out on metrics etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in a Computer or Engineering related major.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with I-DEAS, CATIA V5 and TeamCenter Engineering.
• Good understanding of C3P NG architecture, toolset and deployment.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering industry (Automotive preferred), overall 5 years of experience.
• Proven track record of work individually and with a team.
