The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for all of the aspects of financial reporting and analysis for the HVAC & Transport API Taicang Plant, which includes period ending analysis, coordination of the monthly forecast process, development and support of the long range and annual operating plans. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong financial analysis, presentation, forecasting, planning, systems and reporting skills as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, this role requires constructive working relationships with Plant Operation Team and all of the regional finance team within API SBU organization.
1.Be responsible for month end group reporting and ensure the alignment to corporate policy
2.Provide support for internal control improvement to meet compliance and SOX requirement
3.Support Taicang Plant monthly, quarterly forecast and tracking forecast accuracy
4.Work closely with each Regional FP&A and HQ Finance to resolve global reporting and analysis concerns.
5.Cooperate with related function for the Capital and Expenditure Request and business case preparation.
6.Take initiative in annual operation plan preparation and work actively with all functional leaders to compile the AOP
7.Ad Hoc assignments per request
1.Manufacturing and costing experience preferred
2.Demonstrated strong analytical skills
3.Solid knowledge of PRC and US GAAP
4.Strong collaboration skills across multiple disciplines and must be a team player
5.Experience with productivity tracking and investment analysis
6.Demonstrated excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills to all levels of the organization
7.Knowledge of Peoplesoft, strong excel skills, Hyperion will be an advantage
