Job Description:

- Lead and deliver CRM advisory project, either in B2B or B2C industry
- Deliver CRM business process analysis assessment including process, organization, and high level IT application areas
- Define the requirement of IT systems to support client's strategy and process and lead the technical consultants to realize the systems
- Communicate with clients including top managements to facilitate change and acceptance
- Coach junior member(s)

Qualifications:

- 8+ years working experience in CRM consulting area and/or experience of related business operations in industries.
- Leadership and commitment
- Hands-on type
- Strong experience in pre-sales and project management.
- Excellent communication / interview skills
- Good English proficiency both in writing and speaking
- Deep understanding of how IT applications support CRM operations (Solid experience in CRM technical solutions is a plus, e.g. SAP CRM, MS Dynamics,etc.)
- Willing to travel at a frequent basis
