1） 负责公司物流系统的及时/实时更新
2） 进出口操作文档和相应数据整理;单据跟踪与财务申报数据整理
3） 维修合同文档跟踪与管理,费用预留的支出记录与统计
4） 返还备件的跟踪协调、单据归档与系统更新等
4） 上级主管交付办理的其他相关工作

要求：
每周至少3天，至少3-6个月；
懂得进出口常识，熟练掌握office软件，尤其是EXCEL的使用；
有强烈的责任心和组织性、纪律性。
居住地为北京（工作地点朝阳区）
