职位描述
Key Accountabilities:
Understanding technical and functional design requirements.
Writing application requirements.
Communicate with third party developers to clarify the requirements .
Communicate with customer for requirements definition, issue reporting .
Writing and consolidating technical solution proposal .
Preparing the technical PPT and do the presentation .
Assist developer to do application troubleshooting .
Setup and configure test environment .
Technical document translation.
Assist PM to manage and control the project .
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
More than 5 years of Software development experience with C++ .
Familiar with Webservice, XML, DLL .
Strong technical expertise in Linux and Windows Server .
In-depth knowledge of Databases.
Familiar with UML tools (Visio, MagicDraw).
Strong problem solving skills.
High motivation, sense of responsibility & self-discipline .
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience with Open Source tools such as Ant and Eclipse.
Excellent English verbal and written skills.
Plus:
Working experience on lottery industry.
Software development experience with Java.
