Accountabilities

1.Source and develop commercial and retail project opportunities
2.Develop business opportunities with bank, security, trust and insurance companies
3.Meet target investors/developers to identify potential advisory/agency opportunities
4.Provide superior client prospects
5.Project management and/or proposal coordination and management from conception to completion of deliverables and deal closing
6.Present market research and deals flow to clients
7.Help client conduct due diligence and design finance structure
8.Enhance the market reputation of Jones Lang LaSalle by optimizing response strategies, elevating the quality of proposal deliverables and improving short-list and win rates
9.To work closely with related business lines to craft, develop and coordinate the best strategic responses on high profile pursuits and marketing collaterals
10.Leadership in composing compelling selling documents and presentations for top-tier pursuits
11.Edit, proofread and graphic review of proposals, presentations and other messaging materials as needed (on largest pursuits)
12.Establish reporting mechanisms and measurement reports to track success

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

1. 5-8 years of experience in financing / large asset management/real estate investment
2. Knowledge of Marketing, Business Development and Selling;
3. Knowledge/experience in China’s real estate industry;
4. Excellent writing and communications skills (both Mandarin and English);
5. Strong project management and complex document management skills;
6. Ability to coordinate senior professionals and manage their expectations;
7. A high degree of assertiveness and creativity;
8. A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration;
9. Apply strong process management skills;
10.Strong network of project sourcing as advanced
11.Great organizational and interpersonal skills;
