Marketing Director 市场总监
Brief introduction:
全面负责所在城市的市场营销活动.
What will you do?
1. Leads generation
Develop yearly MKT plan and set up KPI
Set Annual/ Monthly Marketing plan to support annual biz plan
Execute Market Programs: Annual and Quarterly
Local Initiative Marketing Program
Monitor execution of leads/ valid leads / APP/ OPP
2. Brand image management
EF CI/VI implementation
Ensure local center presentation with in Standard EF FRA brand imagine
Plan and execute local media exposure program
Build up local PR relationship
Event and Activity management
3. ODIN data Management
Be in charge of the “School Setting” marketing part.
Ensure ODIN data property
Marketing data analysis and report
4. Marketing team development
Build up marketing team including TMK/ Promoter/ designer and event
Develop team member to match EF standard
5. Annual budget management
Annual Marketing budget plan
Marketing expanse management
Marketing expanse return on investment management
6. People management
Build up MKT team including recruitment and training

Requirements
1. At least 8 years working experience in Marketing Filed
2. Preferred in Retailing and Service industry or Agency
3. Preferred major in Marketing Communication or Event Marketing
4. Visual management sense & capability
5. Logical thinking and analysis skill
6. Good communication and team worker.
