Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all payroll operations.确保薪资系统运作准确及时；
Assist the HRM to implement procedures and policies. 协助人力资源经理贯彻执行人力资源政策和流程；
Develop and help to maintain performance management processes开发并协助维护绩效管理流程；
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.分析，建立并修改福利制度，并确保其具有竞争性和合法性；
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.新员工入职培训；
Provide recruitment activities for all non-Executive staff招聘所有非行政人员；
Planning and Co-ordinate all training matters.计划并协调所有培训；
Organize recreational activities for staff.组织员工活动；
Maintaining and updating of personal file.维护并更新员工个人档案；
Oversee Security, Cleaning as well as Canteen matters. 监控保安，清洁和餐厅相关工作。
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in BA or related disciplines 大专以上学历
Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experiences3-5年相关工作经验
Able to communicate and write well in English 英语熟练
