Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Reports to Engineering Manager, interacts other function team to work on new product design and quality improvement or cost reduction.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible to manage design team for data and document, design guideline, specification, improve design capability for platform.

Responsible for the innovation work for platform with IP strategy.

Responsible for new concept design for new customer request.

Responsible to implement all design work for new project (drawings & BOM, DFMEA, DVP).

Responsible to solve design problem for legency products.

Responsible to transfer new innovation product knowledge and localize the new product from division.

Responsible to set up new validation capability to follow latest specification from customer or international trend.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree of mechanical major.

Good leadership, minimum 10 years of relevant working experience. Act as design team leader for automobile industry at least 5 years. Joint venture or oversea company working experience is plus.

Good knowledge and experience for APQP,PPAP.

Strong computer skills with Inventor is MUST, other design skill like Pro/e is plus.

Good command of English.

Hard working, teamwork spirit and good motivation.

Design experience on die casting parts, plastic parts, rubber sealing and punching parts.

Good willing to learn new technology, take challenge.

Good communication skill.
