Summary:
Take responsibility for Truck & Trailer products mechanical design and the related tasks to support Truck & Trailer business.
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for mechanical design to support NPD, Productivity & Quality Projects for Truck & Trailer products.
2.Responsible for creating detail CAD/ProE models, engineering drawings & documents, including 3D layout, 2D drawings and EBOM deliverables.
3.Assist project leaders with product development/modifications, validation and related quality & VA/VE projects.
4.Identify the cost productivity opportunities to reduce the existing products material cost and the existing products improvement.
5.Support products field application request and COD projects from customer
6.Work flexibility to support other HVAC design if need.
8. Other assignments from manager.
Requirements:
1.Mechanical engineering or HVAC engineering education background. Bachelor or above.
2.Sheet metal, tube, machining, casting manufacturing and design knowledge
3.Basic refrigeration and refrigeration components knowledge, refrigeration application knowledge.
4.Strong computer skills on CAD software and PLM, such as Pro/e and Windchill. ProE/CAD skill is mandatory
5.Fluent both in English and Chinese
6.Work independently with very little supervision.
7.A sense of urgency and a willingness to take responsibility for tasks.
8.Result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility to meet team and individual goals.
9.Hardworking and diligent, fast learner.
