岗位描述：

Job Responsibility:

- 全面负责染色、后整理、织造一部分及公用设施的设备维修保养，确保其正常运行。

overall responsibility for the dyeing and finishing , weaving part of the equipment maintenance， to ensure its proper operation.

- 制定维修用作业指导书，培训、监督、检查维修人员标准化作业。

Make maintenance work instructions, training, inspection, maintenance personnel standardized operations.

- 维护、更新工厂TS16949体系文件中涉及设备的相关文档。

Update system files about equipment in TS16949 documentation .

- 根据AUTOLIV的APS要求，逐步推进TPM进度、实现TPM。

According to APS of ALV to achieve TPM.

- 按时提交设备运行分析数据，如停机率，MTBF。

Submit the equipment run analyze data, such as downtime rate , MTBF.

- 制定下属每年的培训计划，定期给于专业知识的培训，全面提升维修人员技能水平。

Make annual training plan and given training, overall skill level of maintenance personnel .

- 每周检查维修人员保养实施状况、巡检状况，发现问题及时纠正。

weekly inspection, maintenance personnel and maintenance status of implementation , inspection status , identify problems promptly corrected.

- 负责跟踪相关工程的实施、管理、验收工作。

responsible for tracking the implementation of related projects , management and inspection.

- 制定好合理的备件采购计划，配件成本分析及库存控制。

formulate a reasonable plan procurement of spare parts , accessories, cost analysis and inventory control.

- 执行公司要求的各项方针，政策，标准等。

Implement Autoliv and CNX policy, standard.

- 协助制订，执行公司制定的安全、环境、健康政策，监督、推行、协助各部门执行安全、环境、健康的各项指标、程序、标准，确保公司完成安全目标，各项KPI指标。

Help to make the rules of EHS and KPI indicator in KPI.

- 协助SHEF委员会评估公司的安全、环境、健康绩效及ISO14001，发现、研究、评估、改善问题，推荐相关的技术、设备、系统和流程。

Make EHS committee meeting to continue improve EHS problems.

- 宣传培训相关政策、程序、标准，提高公司员工的职业健康安全意识。

Improve EHS culture in CNX.

- 改善公司与安全、环境、健康机构等相关组织的积极关系以便及时了解外部的安全、环境、健康法规的修订变更情况，确保公司的相关政策同步更新。

Contact with outside organization in EHS.

- 执行安全、环境、健康检查，减少安全事故的发生，主导分析和发现安全隐患，实施改进以杜绝事故的发生。

Implement EHS check to reduce safety issue, lead to implement EHS 8D.
