Responsibilities
- Analysis and improve the data of breakdown、MTBF、MTTR.
- Equipment modification and improvement.
- Manage the fixed assets of manufacturing department.
- Establish and update equipment instructions and training database.
- Preventive repair and maintenance plan and follow up.
- Management the spare parts and reduction the loss of spare parts.
- Participate in new equipment purchase tracking improvement.
- Leading and participate TPM activities.
- Dispose the production line problem with other functions of AMC.
- Responsible for team management, technician training.
- Other tasks from the superior.
Basic Requirements
- Bacholr degree major in mechanical, electrical or automation is preferred
- More than 5 years related working experience.
- Foreign manufacturing company background
- Familiar with OMRON/SIEMENS 300 series PLC program

- Familiar with mechanical principal/stricture and the parts used
- Familiar with electrical principle and parts used
- Familiar with hydraulic principle and parts used
- Skillfully use of PLC(hardware/software), use and modify the program independent
- Good command of circuit diagram/mechanical drawing and etc.
- Familiar with the principle of sewing machine and parts used
- Skilled use of Office software
- Understanding of the visual system principle and use
- Understand the basic knowledge of network communication and PLC communication with the PC
- Teamwork, communication and coordination, solving problem, management
- Good command of Enginlish
