Purpose

Mandate
The Security Controller is the person work with other functions to implement IKEA security process, ensure the security system normal operation, and continuously improve the co-workers’ loss prevention awareness to secure the store profit as proactive supporting business partners.

岗位职责：
1.生命安全/安保系统操控
？负责中控室全部设备的日常运行；
？熟悉火灾探测系统/喷淋警报系统/疏散广播（PA系统）/烟雾管理/门禁系统/闭路电视监控系统/紧急出口，解决简单的设备故障；
？确保生命安全/安保系统有序可控。
2.夜班职责
？确保充分执行全部安保日常工作/流程；
？协调并确保夜间施工的安全性。
3.电话客服
？确保每个来电都有人接听并转接；
？尽快帮助致电客户或上门咨询的客户解决问题；
？全力提供支持，以便满足客户需求（包括处理咨询、投诉和反馈）。
4.人员/物资进出控制
？确保接待区为员工和访客提供良好的环境；
？确保广播的及时和有效。
5.紧急反应
熟悉应对紧急事件的程序（火灾/炸弹威胁/煤气泄漏/台风等等）；

要求：

安全控制员是为了确保安全流程和其他部门一起工作，确保安全系统的正常实施，并且持续提高员工的预防损失的意识。

主要职责：

熟悉安防，消防设备，对大型商场的防盗和防损具有一定的经验。
