职位描述
岗位职责：
协助部门主管安排、落实行政服务支持工作，主要工作职能如下：
1、协助制定行政管理规章制度及督促、检查制度的贯彻执行。
2、组织、协调公司年会、员工活动及各类会议，负责外联工作。
3、起草及归档公司相关文件。
4、搜集、整理公司内部信息，及时组织编写公司大事记。
5、组织好来客接待和相关的外联工作。
6、负责固定资产的管理、调配、登记造册工作。
7、拟订各类合同、协议及各种文书。
8、公司各类设备、设施维护，水、电、气、热等能源后勤保障工作。
9、负责办公区域环境及安全管理，进行宣传与安全检查。
10、监督检查来访人员的登记情况。
11、负责两年一次的员工体检安排工作。
12、公司会议室、放映厅的预订、使用、布置等管理工作。
13、负责上级交办的其他工作事项。
任职要求：
1、 行政管理或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、 具有3年以上行政管理工作经验。
3、 熟练使用办公软件、办公自动化设备。
4、 具有优秀的外联与公关能力。
5、 具备较强的分析能力与解决突发事件能力，思路清晰，考虑问题细致。
6、 具有较强的人际沟通、协调、组织能力以及高度的团队精神，责任心强。
7、 做事客观、严谨负责、踏实、敬业。
