职位描述
Responsibilities and activities
Set the R&D strategic direction for new product and enhancements
Convert product concepts into 3D engineering drawings
Collaborate with design and manufacturing partners to ensure good balance between design concept and manufacturing efficiency is achieved.
Lead and manage projects from concept to production.
Implement new production processes to reduce costs and increase quality level.
Lead the continuous improvement effort
Desired Skills and Experience
Univesity degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 10 years of engineering/manufacturing experience
Wxperience with baby products would be an advantage
Good knowledge of injection molding and toolmaking
High level of ecperience in project Management processes
Experienced in lean Manufacturing,Financial and budget control systems.
Good understanding of 3D CAD and FEM tools and basic understanding of ERP systems.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
