We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate manager of project management to join QiCheng Education Consultant Co.,Ltd. Successful candidate will be passionate about K12 Education, innovative and driven, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

The ideal person is flexible and able to work effectively cross functional with marketing, sales, community, public relations, schools and media in developing project strategy, project plans and requirements, creating product and publishing roadmaps, planning resources to management. A strong business sense is required coupled with a track record of excellence in project management.

Responsibilities
1 Ultimate owner of department P&L
2 Responsible for one or more franchises management and ensure ongoing business growth.
3 Responsible for corporate level project design, plan & implementation.
4 Conduct analysis in market trend, customer needs and competitors to provide market intelligence report for business strategy development.
5 Lead and drive cross-functional project implementation, ensure marketing promotion, sales channel and project execution.
6 Track performance data and information to ensure that projects are working as planned and business is on target to hit goals.
7 Manage weekly cross-functional communication meeting; compile and distribute reports to management team and headquarter, as well escalation of key cross-functional feedback.
Requirements
1 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
2 A minimum of 5 years’ business experience with a minimum of 2 years’ product management experience in educational, consulting or related industry.
3 Proactively working style: take initiatives to improve process, proactively communicate with teams, follow-up on issues and bring deliverable to completion
4 Able to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
5 People oriented, adequate experience in networking and relationship management.
6 Strong analytical and presentation skills.
7 Fluency in English and Mandarin -- both written and spoken
