Responsibilities:

·Creates and maintains the QC Plan and Test Strategy document

·Provides test expertise and coaching

·Participates in the requirements meetings with the Customer

·Assists the Testers in understanding of the application and writing effective Test Cases

·Coordinates test activities with the project team

·Collects and shares metrics with project team

·Coordinates defect management, Quality Center training and administration Experience with Quality Center desired

·Experience testing mobile apps, backend services

·Lead the integration testing for a large project involving coordination with multiple global teams

Qualifications:

·7-10 related working experience

·Good Manual Functional testing experiences（手动功能测试，最好有网站测试经验）, nice to have compatibility testing experiences (兼容性测试), better to have mobile testing experiences

·At least 3 years’ experience as a Test Lead

·Good communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening. - Analytical and problem solving skills

·Ability to work within a team setting and independently

·Ability to quickly learn and understand business and technical requirements

·Strong commitment to quality

·Be able to manage others work to meet project timing

·Prior experience in leading Functional and Integration Testing efforts for a large project

·Experience working with global teams

·Average English communication skill
