职位描述
因公司业务拓展需要：
现诚聘淘宝运营人员
1.负责品牌产品淘宝网店的运营管理；
2.负责淘宝网店的整体规划，包含推广方案、促销方案、客户关系管理等；
3.对店铺数据进行精确分析，优化店铺流量及转化率；
4.负责淘宝基本的后台操作流程，关注、参加淘宝各种活动。
任职要求：
1.熟悉淘宝网的活动资源（聚划算淘金币 VIP专享等），运用各类淘宝统计软件，进行细致的数据分析；对电子商务有一定了解，热爱网络销售平台，有淘宝卖家销售经验优先 。
2.使用直通车、钻石展位、硬广、淘宝客、帮派等各种淘宝推广工具，有一定的爆款打造经验或者心得；
3.利用淘宝交易规则、淘宝推广，淘宝站内广告资源等多种方式和渠道宣传推广商城店铺，提升商城店铺独立访问有效IP；
4.运用邮件推广、SNS推广、论坛推广及其它特殊的推广方式，提升商城店铺访问量；
5.熟练运用直通车/淘宝客/淘江湖/卖霸/钻石展位/焦点图/店铺街等淘宝工具来提升商城流量，店铺推广优化SEO；
6.一定要有活动策划经验，执行力强、能吃苦耐劳、具有服务精神，良好的团队合作意识 。
7.能吃苦耐劳，有一定担当，有冲劲的青年人士。
