职位描述
一、职位描述：
1、销售团队的组织、管理和持续建设；
2、主导销售团队开展各项销售工作，完成业务洽谈，签约和风险控制；
3、负责分析研究市场行情，开发客户、完成公司销售目标；
4、协助领导开拓沟通和管理重要客户。
二、任职资格：
1、2年以上销售经验，有过化工原料销售经验者优先；硅橡胶，硅烷偶联剂产品销售经验优先
2、化学化工类专业（有丰富化工销售经验者学历、专业不受此限）；
3、沟通能力强，具备很强的谈判能力；
4、有良好的职业道德观，工作认真，有责任心，能够承担一定的工作压力。
