职位描述

1. Function targets

Is measured against targets based on the actual MbO-system for "market orientated" functions.
2. Function tasks
2.1 Strategic tasks
2.1.1 Strategic position(external focus)

Is the qualified contact person for employees and customers regarding technical questions related toproducts, applications and solutions of the whole HARTING product and solution spectrums in allrelevant target markets and in particular for the installation technology product responsibility.
2.1.2 Strategic potential(internal focus)

Is responsible for the conceptual design, organisation, accomplishment, evaluation and continuousimprovement of technical trainings with reference to applications and solutions.
Based on his profound know-how of products and applications he is the technical consultant for all"market orientated" functions and customers with reference to installation technology
2.2 Operational tasks
2.2.1 System Management

He is meant to be a ?Solution Seller'. Develops new (part-) solutions and initializes the design of newproducts by the GBUs for his branche. Identifies potential products from third-party suppliers in orderto complete our solutions.
2.2.2 Market- and Applica-tionmanagement

Systematic collection and processing of experiences with applications in the relevant target markets.Thus he is in a position to suggest customized connection and network techniques and solutions.

Communicates actively the future oriented product innovations and services as perceptablecustomer's benefit. HARTING presents itself as a convincing technology-trendsetter relative to thetriad, so that an attractive force arises in the market.

Is in close contact to the PMs and MAMs of the LSs and GBUs to exchange application and solutionexperience in industries and to actively support the development of new industry solutions.

Provides application- and solution orientated support for fairs and communication in the market.
2.2.3 Sales Management

Based on his product, application and solution know-how he supports the sales process via technicalconsultancy of customers and sales employees

Coaching of FSEs during common customer visits with respect to previsously trained contents.
2.2.4 Training Management

Preparation of training concepts with regard to contents, methods, didactics and a multileveltestsystem.

Preparation, organisation and accomplishment of trainings with the main focus on applications andsolutions for installation technology.

Analysis of feedbacks and accomplishment of tests subsequent to conducted trainings by means ofthe developed test systems.

Build up and deployment of showroom application equipment

Continuous improvement of the trainings and refreshment of the own knowledge.

Professional guidance and discussion on achieved objectives with the respective GBU MD; Issubordinated to the MD Singapore in day-to-day business
