Responsibilities:

• Manage Export Operations at Trading Company (TC) Warehouse by co-ordinating with Customers, Logistics service provider ( LSP ), Suppliers & related stake holders.
• Monitor releases from different customers & Ensure timely delivery of containers segregated based on Dock code requirement.
• Co-ordinate with Suppliers, LSP on Milkrun time plan and monitor material pickup.
• Ensure timely update on Receipt & Dispatch transaction for TC code and proper update in CMMS with required shipment information.
• Ensure availability of 1121 signoff for all parts & conduct regular packaging Audit.
• Monitor & Support LSP on various activities which includes Receiving, Consolidating, Vanning, Container stuffing, Container Haulage, Customs Clearance.
• Co-ordinate with Taxation & Customs team on related documents for shipments.
• Co-ordinate with FCO Finance Team for Transfer price update in CMMS and Payment to LSP & Suppliers.
• Co-ordinate & ensure timely closure on Claims ( Qty & Quality ) with regular follow-up with LSP and customers.
• Verify LSP payment bills, get authorization & process to payables team.
• Ensure cube utilization is achieved as per Ford standards & support on TVM activities.
• Ensure timely Cycle Count as per Ford process & regular report out with action points.

Qualifications:

• Engineering/Management Degree.
• 3-5 years & above in Warehousing/logistics/supply chain.
• Prior experience in Warehousing /logistics/supply chain.
• Should have exposure and knowledge of Warehousing operations & Handling service providers.
• Problem solving capability and ability to generate cost reduction ideas in logistics function.
• Strong written and verbal English capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with Customers and Logistic Service providers.
• Proficient in PC-based software (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
• Knowledge in logistic network & Customs regulations in China.
• Positive attitude, good planning, decision-making, communication skills and having knowledge of problem solving.
