Responsibilities:

• Ensure all employment policies, process and systems are implemented aligned with Company guidelines, providing assistance in implementing HR employment procedures, policies and HR programs.
• Work closely with Recruiting, On boarding, Graduate Program and HRBO team to ensure new hires, fresh graduates and internal transfer employees registration in local payroll and benefits programs
• Key person for FESCO liaison and Employees labour contract renewal process, manage FESCO onsite service effectively
• Implement Reward and Recognition and Service Award programs
• Keep track of attrition and analyze data as appropriate.
• Overall manage employee database and key users for HR systems maintenance (HR Soft,Peoplesoft and ADP). Proactively managing HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data
• Process insurance companies and visa agencies
• Handle general employee queries and refer to SME's as appropriate.
• Key contact person for government activity, providing government required report and applications.
• Drive REC public rental housing program implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• 3+ years working experience with direct responsibility for customer base
• High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude, work under pressure.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
