职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

Responsible for materials laboratory (ISO/TS16949) and material releases, coordinating and performing lab efficiency material investigations regarding requirements.

Key responsibilities

· Responsible for materials laboratory equipment and requirements (ISO/TS16949)

· Materials lab coordination of related material investigations and inspections (metallography) of internal manufacturing parts and purchasing parts.

· Performing material analysis and investigations regarding requirements

· Creating inspection reports including result evaluation regarding requirements

· Responsible for material release decision regarding requirements

· Preparing lab related work instructions and keep them updated.

· Creat procedure and presentation documents

· Supporting manufacturing lines regarding material and heatreatment processes including proposal development and process releases.

· Supporting supplier audits regarding material aspects

Working experience

3 years and more practice in materials analysis and inspection

Education

Materials engineer with bachelor degree or similar

Fluent in written and spoken

Qualification

· Excellent survey of established material anlysis and inspection methods

· Competent experience in materials engineering and testing

· Good knowledge of semi-manufacturing and heat treatment processes

· Good knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, PPAP, ISO/TS16949, etc.)
