Logistics Coordinator / 物流协调(工作地：佛山三水）

Responsibilities:

- Place purchasing / delivering order according to designation and forecast of production and sales for the shop

- Follow up the order to ensure timely delivering and reasonable shipment

- Assess the suppliers’ performance

- Booking of material for product in warehouse

- Interface of the company to the suppliers and the customer

- Provide inventory accuracy and timely; available records/data management for compliance audit

- Direct the daily work of warehouse

- Assist management with logistics solutions to meet inside and outside needs

- Take measures to optimize inventory level to reduce storage cost

- Prompt react to customer’s complain about delivering and coordinate with related functions to solution

- File logistic orders and sort them systematically

Requirements:

- Above college educational degree, majored in business/accounting

- Logistics and warehouse background

- Over 3-year logistics experience in electronics manufacturing plant

- Working knowledge of logistics and customer service operation

- Negotiation and management skills

- Good application skills in PC, ERP knowledge is necessary

- Able to work independently under pressure

- Ability to solve problem in cross-functional environment

- Good command of English
