KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include EHSS responsibilities)

• Consulting of all employees concerning WACKER and Chinese safety regulations and law as well as updates.
• Conduct daily site inspection to recognize any risks, keep the violation record and issue report to contractor for rectification.
• Coordinate and support preparation of environmental impact assessment reports.
• Coordinate and support safety impact analysis and fire fighting issues during design phase.
• Coordinate and support preparation of occupational health impact assessment reports.
• Organize and carry safety trainings in the field of process safety.
• Support negotiations and tests for waste water treatment.
• If required organize HAZOP studies for projects in close cooperation with plant managers, process engineers and specialists in NJ.
• Assist new projects and be permanent member of EHSS discussions.
• Organize and carry safety and first aid training for new contractors and new employee.
• Review and approve contractor document such as contractor qualification certificate, EHSS plan, Emergency plan, and specific workers certificate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

• Very good overall EHSS knowledge
• At least 3years relevant experience in EHSS
• 3 years or above in Chinese college, majored in engineering, safety engineering, EHS or one of the equivalent. A lower education is also acceptable if the candidate shows profound knowledge on above mentioned skills
• Good English communication, fluent in written and oral
• Self motivated, independent, well organized and team player
• Strong communication ability and very good team spirit
