侧重教学服务工作及教学指导团队的监督。

1、负责学习服务部日常管理工作，保证正常稳定的教学服务秩序；
2、负责处理和协调教学工作中的突发事件；
3、负责对学习指导团队进行考核和评价，提升学员学习满意度；
4、贯彻落实制定的各项规定与方案，负责对教学学习指导团队常规工作执行情况进行检查和督促；
5、完成学校对于内部营销，学员进度等工作的要求
6. 配合中心主任和校长，协助学校其他部门工作。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历 ；
2、英语六级或相等的口语听说能力，具备英语专业八级及教育专业学历者优先，(英语听说写流利即可） 1年以上团队管理经验；
3、具有较强的客户服务意识，有一定的营销能力和教学能力；
4、目标感强，对英语教育有一定理解力，良好的沟通、组织和管理能力；
5、有教育行业或具备英语能力的高端服务行业优先，具备出国留学经验者优先。
