职位描述
I. JOB IDENTIFICATION
To take charge of sourcing needs in China mainly from Building Pipes division
To provide good quality and good service on Building Pipes’ products at competitive price.
II. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Lead sourcing team to manage and develop sourcing activity in CHN for building pipe division;
2.Define working procedure with sourcing manager, internal customers and purchasing counterparts in PAM France;
3.Accomplish annual sourcing budget, including building pipes, fittings, couplings and other projects assigned;
4.Obtain expected savings, guarantee zero quality defects and achieve 100% OTIF;
5.Work closely with both logistics people, order management people and suppliers to guarantee good service level ;
6.Develop new suppliers and audit for current suppliers performance;
7.Develop new products according to internal customer’s or market demand;
8.Regularly organize meeting with suppliers, quality engineers in CHN and purchasing people in PAM France and internal customers ;
9.Work closely with team leader of other categories to benchmark price and share best practices;
10.Keep the team motivated and work efficiently.
III. WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT
1.Report to Sourcing Manager
2.Located in Ma’anshan/Xuzhou/Shanghai
3.English is working language
4.Close contact with team leader of each category and internal customers
5.Work closely with quality engineer in his/her own team as well as with quality supervisor of the purchasing team to assure 0 quality defect for the deliveries.
6.Frequent travels and possibly irregular working time
V. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor degree preferably in supply-chain or related area.
2.5 years of working experience in supply- chain area and minimum 1 year of managerial experience. The above managerial experience with technical background is a strong plus.
3.Be able to motivate and coach the team
4.Be open, responsible and good at communications
5.Proficient in both oral and written English, French is a plus.
