To identify, define, document, implement and assess the processes/procedures needed for the quality management system throughout the AR line;
To perform internal quality system/process audits to provide quality assurance evidence that quality of processes, systems conforms to customer requirement, report findings by writing quality report and initiate/monitor corrective/preventive actions;
Contribute to the Quality system improvement, including the documents periodically review, update,and the system implementing;
Responsible external audits by second party and third party to obtains required quality certificates; and follow the audit corrective action plan
Manage QC operator’s activities and in charge of their performance management (monthly and annual performance management);
Support to customer claim analysis and 8D report preparation;
Respect and Implement the EHS police in responsible process to ensure the process safety;
Maintainthe customer relationship and give the support to customer
Tasks assigned by line manager.
* Typical Education Level 教育背景:
- Bachelor degree or above
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能:
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in quality.
- Manpower management.
- Excellent English in spoken English
- Good computer skills.
- Knowledge of quality tools like FMEA,SPC.
* Preferred personal characteristics 个性特点:
