Overall Responsibilities:
对区域内现有网络销售的现状进行分析,并制定相关计划进行有效管理及进一步开发;对区域内礼品及行业客户进行管理及开发,达成区域年度团购指标。
Job Responsibilities:
*进行本地区网络及礼品渠道的销售潜力分析,合理设置销售目标并达成
*根据公司计划展开,实施及监控各项产品网络的促销及推广活动
*据汇总的销售数据,进行深入分析,结合当地市场状况及竞争对手发展提出有效促销计划并实施跟进行动
*指导及培训下属成员,并进行有效的评估以不断提高其工作效率,建立高效团队
*严格控制各项预算,确保财务流程的正常运作并实施有效监控
Job Requirements & Skills:
*本科以上学历,至少5年销售经验,电子产品从业经验优先
*熟练使用办公软件,Excel、Word、PPT等
*优秀的组织能力和人际沟通能力
*较强的数据分析能力
*较强的计划及协同能力
*英语六级以上,熟练的听说读写能力
*具有团队协作能力
