Job Description:

遵循既定的工程原则， 指定制造和装配产品的程序步骤， 符合公司的质量和成本标准
Define the manufacturing and assembly process by following the defined Engineering principle and Ensure the compliance with the company quality and cost standard


- 根据产品的设计规格、部件图纸和其他工程数据， 制定产品的生产工艺.。
Work out the Manufacturing Process of the product according to the Production Specification, drawings of the processing and other data.
- 根据制定的生产工艺，预计各个步骤所需的时间
Forecast the time needed for each processing step according to the defined manufacturing process.
- 收集生产数据、以分析现有生产工艺，建议工作方法从而降低生产成本和次品率、提高生产效率
Collect the manufacturing data in order to analyze the existing manufacturing process and make proposal regarding reducing the production cost and off spec product rate and improving production efficiency
- 与其他部门协调解决现场技术问题
Coordinate with other department to solve on-site technical issue
- 标准化工艺文件和特殊工装的设计
Standardization of processes and design of special fixture.


Requirements:

- More than 5 years experience with Mechanical Processing, Mechanical Design or process
- Knowledge of materials is required, especially experience in steel and heat treatment
- Good at MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of CAD programs
- Team working spirit and Good communication skills
- Good English speaking, writing and reading
