Job Description:

- Dailyelectrical control system design, process improvement.
公司电气控制系统日常设计、工艺改进.
- Electrical Design products include: electrical drawings, electrical components selection, etc.
产品电气设计：包括电气图纸绘制、电气部件选型等；
- Outsourcing part of the assessment of electric suppliers, as well as outsourcing some technology introduction and transformation.
电气外包部分供应商评估，以及外包部分技术的引进和转化；
- To solve technical problems and estimate the cost and time.
解决技术问题并估算成本和时间；
- Prototype trial, to participate in field trials and processing electrical failure, propose product improvement measures.
样机试制，参加现场试验并处理电气故障，提出产品改进措施；
- Determination of the final product or system, and preparing to produce documents, manuals and other related documents.
确定最终产品或系统，并准备生产文件、使用手册等相关文件资料；
- Monitoring products use to improve the future design.
监控产品使用以提高未来设计；
- Electrical control system component selection, schematic diagram, flowchart design.
电气控制系统器件选型，原理图、流程图设计；
- To provide customers with systematic training, technical support, etc.
为客户提供系统培训、技术支持等工作。

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechatronics, automation, instrumentation, testing techniques.
大学本科或以上学历，机电一体化、自动控制、仪器仪表、测试技术等专业
- With a non-standard equipment or testing machine and automatic control for more than 3 years of work experience, be able to independently undertake design projects
具有非标设备或试验机及自动控制设计工作3年以上工作经验，能独立承担设计项目
- Rich experience in PLC design, familiar with PLC language
具有丰富的PLC设计经验，熟悉PLC语言
- Familiar with Phoenix, Siemens, equipment process
熟悉Phoenix、西门子和施耐得等大的厂商的器件安装工艺
- Familiar with ISO9000 system and design flow
具备EMC方面的知识及经验，熟悉ISO9000体系与设计开发流程
- Familiar with electrical wiring, electrical control cabinet design, electrical components selection
熟悉电气布线、电气控制柜设计、电气部件选型
- Have a stronger sense of responsibility, good teamwork ability, communication skills, and humility.
