Job responsibilities:
- Execute recruiting of new employees through proper channels and assist the candidates selection
- Develop talent pool, balance both quality and quantity, establish and maintain contacts with sources of employment such as headhunting, talent market and related internet recruiting companies and company internal job ad
- Ensures all the local recruitment related activities in compliance with Brembo standard and methodologies and in respect of the annual budget
- Provide recruitment consulting service to assigned BU management team i.e. org. regular hiring plan review, turnover analysis, H/C vs Budget report
- Coordinates and supervises the recruitment activities of personnel administration (included the relation with labor bureau ), guaranteeing the compliance with national labor legislation;
- Other special HR project assigned by HR Manager


Qualification Required
-Bachelor or above; major in Human Resources management or relevant
-Above 3 years of HR experience in foreign company which is in manufacturing based
-Familiar with local labor law
-Good command of both oral and writing English
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Good time management and execution; Careful, flexible, responsible & independent
-Familiar with office software, especially on Excel and PPT
